We can never say that 'Testing is Completed' . When a product is end deployed, its not guaranteed that its bug free. But.. the Time Is UP for Testing (With maximum bugs fled)
its not possible to create a bug free product.. yeah sure, its possible to create a product with least number of bugs.. what do you say?.
